Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday....
I'm afraid I can't get the strings any cheaper; I did ask innovation about the possibility of selling strings through Basschat but they felt that their dealers might see it as unfair competition and didn't want to upset them.
Second hand, i think they quite often come up in the fore sale section - worth a look?
