The dude from Herrick is selling one of his pickups and a Lusithand single nfp special in a Stingray Sub bass. I bought the prototype and with some fresh strings it sounds wild.

I’m building a copy of my Wal MK1 at the moment. 
Lusithand double NFP special MK2 preamp and Turner multicoil PU’s.

I hope to finish it by February next year. 
As soon as it’s ready I’ll post a build diary with pics. 
I’m very curious how it will play and sound compared to my real Wal…

The bass is almost finished!

The neck is ready, and i'm finishing the body at the moment (i only work on it one day a week so it takes a while..).

 Then making the control plate (wood), oil everyting and mounting the hardware PU's and electronics. 

So i think it will be ready in a month or so!

As soon as it's finished i'll post a build diary with pics!

Since 2018 I’m following luthier classes in Belgium.
