Where to buy fretless necks?

Hey,

I'm looking at putting together a fretless Jazz Bass - but I'm struggling to find somewhere in the UK that I can buy a quality neck from. Ideally I'd like a Might Mite neck, but can't find anywhere this side of the pond to buy one... Anyone know of somewhere I can get one?

Maybe then I can start hunting for a nice body...

Whats your budget?

I don't really have one. In an ideal world I'd like to do the whole bass for under £400 - so around £100 for a neck would help keep me to that 'budget'

CH Guitars on ebay sell them at about £70 a go. Ive for a rosewood jazz fretless and Im perfectly happy with it. Nothing special but good for the money. Thier stock varies so keep looking or send them a mail.

I think it's a CH neck I've got on one of my guitars, but it doesn't compare to the MM neck on the other self-build... anyone know where I can get a Mighty Mite fretless neck from in the UK?

Have a word with Howard The Bass Doc. He's got a lot of good contacts for this stuff.

Guitarbuild may be able to help although I can only see a strat neck on the website so maybe not. £100 Is possibly a bit low for a good new neck.
