chris_b
Great cabs. The Genz 9.2 and Aguilar TH500 gets good reviews on Talkbass when used with Bergantino cabs. In my experience, the best is a Thunderfunk, if you can find one.
IanA
Shuttle 9.2 or lm800, the Markbass sounds fuller(I have both) gk mb800 might be worth a demo as well. Headroom should not be an issue with any of these amps. I run my lm800 at under quarter volume through a Berg Hd212, plenty left in reserve for larger gigs and the tone is unbelievable! ebenezer
cheers for that folks, like the fact that lm800 isn't made in china! tried lm3,that sounded good but want more headroom.....will tone be similar?to lm800
GregBass
It all depends what you want. I have just bought a GB Shuttle 9.0, and found that it doesn't have the depth I'm looking for, so I'm going back to my trusty Peavey Tour 700. If you want to try out the Shuttle, give me a shout. chris_b
The LM800 has a digital power amp and I believe the LM3 doesn't. That will probably affect the tone.

Mark_Bass
Genz Benz Shuttle 9.2 or possibly a Agi Tone Hammer 500 would be my uneducated-educated opinion

Still no mute! I am in Leicester if you want to have a go on mine.
