The bass comes with the original case and all case candy. it comes with a custom clear pickguard or the original White Pearloid pickguard.[/b]

Personally I'd like a thumbrest, Ebony or Rosewood, would rather have no pickguard or screw holes & no BadAss but that's just me quite nice though

Was looking at that earlier, looks really nice...apart from the clear pickguard...pet hate of mine...really don't see the point!!

Great idea but without the Badass, and without the Pickguard, and with a '51 single coil pickup and a piezo in the bridge it would have been a great success.

That with a maple neck and unfisished headstock would be my preference.

The semi-hollow part I like a lot though.

Wish they'd import the f-hole jazz basses fender Japan are doing at the minute!

I can kinda see the point in a 'posh' Tele or P bass so long as it keeps to the core of the design ethic but a hollowed out P bass with an F hole and a silly pick guard just seems completely out of kilter with such an iconic design.

I genuinely can't imagine how anyone thought this was a good pice of design. God knows what the poor Fender Custom Shop guys thought when presented with this!
