Musky Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 (edited) That's an MIM isn't it??? Edit: A quick google reveals it has the same logo as an MIM but the serial number seems to have disappeared. I wonder how an MIJ serial has appeared? Edited April 6, 2013 by Musky Quote
itsmedunc Posted April 6, 2013 Author Posted April 6, 2013 Hi, the serial number says its crafted in Japan 2004-2005. Musky Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 I could well be wrong but I thought the more recent MIJs had spaghetti logos like yours (except the RIs). Quote
Lozz196 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I don`t recall seeing MIMs in this colour scheme so maybe it`s a bitsa - CIJ body, MIM neck - hence serial number "scrubbing". Quote
itsmedunc Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 Hi, the serial number is on the back of the neck close to the body so I would have thought it is a CIJ neck, presuming everything is above board. I have messaged the seller and asked if it says crafted in Japan next to the serial. No reply as yet... Quote
itsmedunc Posted April 9, 2013 Author Posted April 9, 2013 Its relisted and it says made in Japan this time... Quote
