What you see is what you get; it was fitted to a Fender Roadworn Jazz and it is the model that comes blank, obviously it has been lightly grooved to fit a Fender Jazz bass... no idea if that is the same as a Precision! Sorry I don't have the allen key but it isn't difficult to get the appropriate size.
