levinson pickup...circuit upgrade

looking to upgrade pickups and circuit
just bass and treble.....a passive pot
would be nice

sadowsky looks good,but expensive
what do you think folks

bass is levinson B2 ash body maple fingerboard

What's wrong with the circuit that's in it? Isn't it active, like the B4?
