Squier Precision Bass that has been Fenderised with a fake logo and a Fender neck plate.

The pickup is a Seymour Duncan SPB-3 Quarter Pounder, which turns this once humble bass into a beast capable of destroying small towns. This is NOT a nice lounge jazz bass. It is an animal

Plenty of dents and dings on the body, but in a good real way, not like these (IMHO) crappy belt sander relic jobs. But the main beauty of this bass is the neck. Lovely aged flame maple, with a rosewood fingerboard. Plays effortlessly.

Closed back tuners are a bit different, and it has 2 new volume and tone pots, so no snap crackle or pop. Has a hefty paper-in-oil tone capacitor fitted. The cavities are also copper foil lined to eliminate any mains or ground hum. The Schaller strap buttons have been removed and it has standard buttons on there now.

Yours for £180 delivered to a UK mainland address, or £150 for a quick cash sale collected from Truro, Cornwall
