He still lives with his mum and dad. I’d be that enthusiastic if everything was still done for me rather than being a tired and jaded 43 year old man.

He's definitely somewhere on the spectrum. I don't care for some of his music, but he's an interesting and multi talented musician. I wish I had 1% of Jacob's talent and energy.

He's certainly at the front of the queue when it comes to using technology to record and perform.

 

There's a great video of him doing "Somebody to Love" in a stadium.

 

I really don't have a clue what he was doing at the end, but he was using a keyboard  to affect his vocals. Think it was more than just a simple voice-sampling technique.

 

He's also recorded the audience at his gigs and put them all together in a piece of software that you can buy on his website.

 

Sorry if I've given anyone the impression that I know what the hell I'm talking about here.

So much of what he does is extraordinary on a musical and technical level but I've yet to hear a single piece of his that I'd choose to listen to for my own pleasure. There's something missing there for me.
