waynepunkdude Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 A friend of mine is an engineer at a medium sized venue and got this in a band's rider. I concur. Quote
discreet Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 Oooh! Should this be a thread about riders, or about Behringer? Quote
bremen Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 I'd like it to be a thread about engineers, and how a competent one can make a good noise come out of Behringer whereas your run-of-the-mill numpty couldn't get a decent sound out the most beautiful professional rig. Quote

xilddx Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 I usually see Behringer DI boxes at gigs, I see them everywhere, nowt wrong with them. Quote
Its cos they cheap and get the job done. Lets face it, spending alot of money on a DI seems quite a dull thing to do, especially when live, it's hard to appreciate the difference between a good DI and a poor DI. Quote
waynepunkdude Posted April 16, 2013 Author Posted April 16, 2013 It was just a funny thing to put in a rider, f***ing hell guys. Quote
yeah, it was funny, sorry to enseriousize the thread! Just a bit grumpy cos of what happened the last time a know-nothing arrogant f***wit engineer got near us. Wouldn't have been the end of the world but it went out on live radio and I (and others) got to hear it after the event. Quote
