I bought a PJB Briefcase recently (cos I really needed another new amp - sic) but it's a bit too bright - I've turned the treble down and cut the mids to no avail - still too "Hi-fi" even with the compressor on. I just can't get that "coffee flavoured" tone that I get from my EBS...any suggestions on settings??
