Johnny Shredfreak pedalboard power supply, with mounting bracket and screws, 3m mains cable and 5 way daisy chain. These are no longer available, but are widely rumoured to be the same unit as the Diago Powerstation without the Diago branding. I can't confirm that, but it certainly has the same specs as the Diago (9V DC centre negative, 3A maximum/1.5A recommended, will work with worldwide voltages).
