Grangur
Please tell me if you recon I'm wrong, but Brown Eyed Girl is a bit of a challenge to play as a first piece. Apart from the intro, which is playing notes, the rest of the notes playing would be lost without strumming the chords. The chords would lose structure without the notes and the vocal is a functional part of it all too. She's said nothing about him singing and I doubt she'd miss a chance to stick the knife in about his vocal skills. So it all seems odd to me, or he's onto a looser with the song as well as the missus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqXSBe-qMGo

charic
I wonder how much she would complain if he spent a few hundred on a line6 pod and then a further 100+ on a decent pair of headphones Although if I was going to suggest such a thing on mumsnet it would definitely HAVE to be an Axe FX 2... it's for the best! Dingus
I've been looking at Mumsnet most of this afternoon . It's absolutely fascinating reading . There is a whole dimension of life in suburban Britain that is a completely unknown world to me and it is absolutely fascinating . I am beginning to see how our current Government is going to l manage to get re elected . Try putting " anal + Centre Parks " into the Mumsnet search engine . Surely the post that results is the work of whoever used to write the letters page in Viz comic ? All I will say is that the woman in question should be grateful her husband hadn't taken her and the kids to Disneyland Paris or God knows what he would have expected her to do !
