No pic of the actual item makes me a bit suspicious of what he's trying to do - reminds me of scams a few years back of auctions for Xbox 360s, where folk ended up paying £300 for an empty cardboard box... Then again, what is the "actual item"? No, he's definitely "at it", his main drawback being he's a sub-literate retard. Scam, but a really stupid one.
