Dropzone
Am recording 16 sound channels with MIDI on 17. Go to add new sounds channels expect MIDI to stay on 17 but the cheeky begger stays at the bottom of the list. Is this right???? RockfordStone
you might find there is a seperate channel which is actually the midi audio track, with the bottom one being like an instrument track? it looks like that in cubase, ive not tried midi in reaper just yet
winterfire666
Reaper treats midi and audio in the same way. You can have any track type in any position. If its not where you want it just move it. If you add a new track it usually puts it below the currently selected track so it will move all those below it down which i assume is why it is staying at the bottom and not at the track 17 position.
