guyl Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 The absolute Daddy! Lots of power - lots of features - lots (and lots) of tonal options. This is a Rolls Royce! (And the lights look pretty cool too!) It is very loud. The idiot in me still loves the warnings in the instructions like "Caution - your ears are your most important piece of equipment.." and ""Bridge Mono Switch (800w output into 8 ohms) can severely damage loudspeakers .." But mainly, I love the warmth and tonal variety that it gives at literally any volume. I'm not exactly sure about age, but it has banana plugs so I think it is one of the earlier models. I considered changing them for speakons (not a big job) but never got round to it. Will include a banana to speakon lead in the sale. The amp is in Stockport (South Manchester). Am a bit nervous about postage, but give me a shout if interested. We might be able to sort something out ...
paulmcnamara Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 (edited) You should find the date of manufacture in one of the small boxes on the left hand side of the back plate. Good luck with the sale..... fine amps! Paul. Edited May 4, 2013 by paulmcnamara
