Shame. Quote
markytbass Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 This one has been on before at a much higher price. I think it's been on about half a dozen times maybe more. Should the cost of the extra options bump up the 2nd hand price? Does it add to the desirablitiy of the instrument? If I was in the market for another Musicman I would look for something cheaper, price comes before colour/extras IMO. If someone thinks its worth that much it'll go if not we may be having the same conversation in 6 months time. Quote
budget bassist Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Yeah it is a bit overpriced.... a few years ago it might have been worth that though. Also i don't understand sellers that put the BIN price at the same price or like £1 higher than the actual starting price, who the f*** do they think is going to bid on it? Quote
markytbass Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Perhaps he thinks someone will want to bid higher than the BIN price? Quote
rohan Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 I've had people buy stuff from me on ebay for higher than the buy it now price. Silly. Quote
dub_junkie Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 its a beauty but as stated, overpriced bottom right pic there is some mega heavy figure lines in that neck, very nice indeed Quote
