It's the closest thing I've found to an original Mutron III. I'm considering getting one as a back up for my Mutron. It's awesome!! Quote
gafbass02 Posted June 1, 2008 Author Posted June 1, 2008 Thanks dude, found one on ebay but still way expensive for what i need, is there like a behringer version or some such, i wouldnt normally scrimp on fx but wont use it much? Quote
CPBass Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 If finances rule the decision Id go for the Ashdown Envelope plus. Its cheap as chips and works really well. Quote
gafbass02 Posted June 1, 2008 Author Posted June 1, 2008 thats a thought, although not sure ive got enough room on the board, anyone know about the digitech synth wah? Quote
Dread Bass Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Its good for the money and has a great octaver on it the envelope filter is good enough but its no mutron. Quote
dannybuoy Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 BSW is ok, but there's better out there. Next best thing after the Mutron and Meatball for not a lot of dough is a DOD FX25 or an EHX Q-Tron. Also very good but more subtle and less squelchy are the Boomstick Bottom Feeder or Emma Discombobulator. Quote
