Apparently the dude who owns the house is a bass player, but I don't guess he's gonna be picking up a bass again anytime soon!

I suppose that because there are SOOOOOOOOOOO many lovely bass players (many who frequent this very forum) that there needs to be one seriously evil f***er to balance things out. Hope he never gets to play a bass again and rots in prison!

It surprises me , too . I'm not an estate agent but I would have thought mentioning that the house has a secure sex dungeon conversion in the basement would add significantly to the value . I know in Chelsea / West Kensington they are all having them done out like that and the prices are going through the roof , despite the recession .
