They said that they're not sure when they will be as they're still quite new, but I was pleased that they got back to me quickly and sent me a detailed and appreciative email. I exclusively use their strings, and have done for ages in spite of them not yet giving me an endorsee deal! I also have an Elixir cable, which I bought about 3 years ago, on which one of the plugs started twisting loose. I emailed them, they asked me to post it to them.
