Dave Vader
I read it. But I WASN'T SURE if I was getting the right EMPHASIS on each sentence, nice to see Barry Scott has branched out a bit.

keeptrying
I wonder if it was his shouting or the massive 6mm of movement in his loud speakers that kept me awake the other night.
yorks5stringer
One set of speakers was £120k on their website...cheap and cheerful I reckon....

Mr. Foxen
Good that the voice coils in their speakers aren't made of long skinny copper, because then they wouldn't be able to take the current applied to them. Also, apparently they compete with speaker makers who use speakers that don't have a surround, the cone just floats in a hole. brensabre79
The LAST bit WAS my favourite... "We use 12 HUGE plastic polypropylene capacitors, that cost HUNDREDS OF POUND (for 12 HUGE capacitors) in each pair of GBP £3500 speaker. There are also many other plastic polypropylene capacitors that cost pounds , rather than hundreds of pounds !" Why didn't they use those then? they would have saved HUNDREDS OF POUND
