jezzaboy
Steve, I`ve got lots of spare knobs (ooer!) lying about. Can you post a photo of the type you are looking for?

Prime_BASS
There is guitarpartsresource which is a us site, so be weary of postage. They have a bass counter part that has quiet a bit of after market gear, such as knobs etc. Try a google search.
munkonthehill
Nice one Stephen, they have something suitable. If I can't find the actual part I know I can pickup one that's pretty similar.
mickster
Also try AxesRUs: http://www.axesrus.co.uk/Gibson-Style-s/1941.htm hth,
munkonthehill
That's great too. I'm ideally looking for the actual epiphone part. But failing that I know there's alternatives
Prime_BASS
Could try asking some local luthiers/shops that deal with repairs and mods they usually have a bucket of odds and ends lying around. Usually just plastic strat knobs though.

dlloyd
I tried ordering Epiphone parts a few years ago (scratchplate for a Epiphone Broadway... not an "expensive" jazz guitar, but still somewhere in the region of £600 new... not cheap) and waited for a year and a half before cancelling the order. The situation may have improved, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
