steviedee
The feet on my Streamliner don't give enough clearance to get over my midget amp handle.. it is driving me nuts. Any suggestions? Bigger feet, foam things anything!
xgsjx
A bit of black foam with a hole cut out for the handle (packaging foam would do).
BassTractor
There's this rather firm (probably neoprene "rubber") foam that comes with glue on one side, and in different thicknesses. I don't know the brand name, and don't know how easy it is to get hold of, but PM me if you want to find a source for it. I know someone in Coylton (between Ayr and Cumnock) who probably has it, or I could send you a piece of it. best, bert
dannybuoy
I bought some stiff closed cell foam from eBay for my Orange Terror / SVT210AV: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/149502-orange-bass-terror/page__view__findpost__p__1658690
largo
I sold my BF and got a cab with recessed handles. I'm not helping am I?
steviedee
Depending on where the feet are two strips of closed cell foam on either side might do the trick.

4 Strings
I have exactly the same problem with my Streamliner if my Midget is on its side (just last night in fact). The effort of keeping a piece of foam with my stuff, fitting it and placing the amp on top is too much for me. I either put the cab upright or not worry about it and let the Streamliner on the Midget ROCK! ...in every sense.
thebassman
Can you not just unscrew the handle and put it on the top face where it's not in the way? They are normally held on with just a couple of screws. I used to own a midget, just can't remember how it was attached. Mr. Foxen
Think they might be a T-nut under them now. There were a couple of dehandling incidents I heard of.
4 Strings
It's a T-nut. The handle ain't going nowhere, the cab doesn't weigh anything. If you moved it you'd need to find the new balance point (you'll notice its not actually central). I asked Alex about this when I first mine as it seems more logical to put the handle on the top as its more likely to be used sideways on (same goes for the label on the front). Can't remember the reply, only that he wasn't going to.
