FT: Trade my Barefaced S12T + some £ for your S12T-V £50

Hi

It's pretty much summed on the title, anybody with a Super12T cab with silver cloth wanting to trade with my metal grill one?

On Barefaced site Alex asks for £50 for adding the cloth to the cab so that's what i'm willing to offer as settlement as long as your cab is in the same condition as mine (new CNC'd model close to perfect condition except for the normal scratches near the trolley wheels - my cab has been kept safe from scratches with a roqsolid cover, not included on the trade unless yours also comes with one).

Have you asked Alex if he can supply you with a vintage cloth grille for £50? just seems like a big faff just to change the grille.

Isn't as simple as that because theres a wooden frame around the edges of the baffle to support the grill. That frame would be in the way of the cloth grill frame and it can't be removed.
Saying that i had fitted a grill cloth on the midget T i had so i know it can be done but it's a lot of work to get it right. I just wanted to know if i could simply resolve this with a cab trade before going for the DIY alternative.

Some function gigs comming and the cloth would really look the part on our stage. I can also buy a S12T-V if anyone's considering selling because i have a buyer for mine, if needed.
