KiOgon
Is there any easy way to identify them? Or do they have any specific features visible? Simply - how do I tell if they are? Cheerz, John
Ou7shined
I know naught of LF/Fender but speaking for my own custom wound ones, they have no highly recognisable external features other than waxed wires and a piece of masking tape holding the pup into their casings on each. The factory run jobs used on Laklands have green and red wires IIRC. Edited May 20, 2013 by Ou7shined
KiOgon
Cheerz for that - something to go on - having never seen any before.
Ou7shined
Just plug them in. If it sounds like a choir of angels and strumming harps then they are LF's

apa
They have black and white cloth cable with a little tag on one cable saying Lindy Fralin: Not exactly the best anti fraud device!! It does annoy me a bit with pickups that other than the case, which means nought, they are pretty plain with no distiduishing markings. You could put anything in any case you like!! Very poor show.
