On a live photo from 2011 I saw him using a Boss LS-2, GEB-7, NS-2, TU-2 and EHX Bass Big Muff. Couldn't find a great deal of info about what he uses in the studio though.

At 3.23 in the video, you can see his pedalboard, and if i'm right, these are the pedals:
Boss Tu-2 or 3
Boss NS-2
Boss LS-2
EHX Bass Big Muff
Boss GEB-7

His studio tone will no doubt be a combination of these as well as other pedals, production, amps etc etc

Especially considering that he's only using that equaliser for flat mids after the BBM. He blatantly needs a Grey Stache and a Pedaltrain Nano!
