Jazz bass ramp

I've been looking for a ramp for my 5 string jazz bass, can't find them anywhere online.
Does anyone know of anyone who makes them? Or possibly anyone selling one?
I'd have a go at making my own, but don't have the materials or tools at the moment.

Curious about this also. It seems a simple, standardised modification, but nobody seems to make these for mass-sale. There are a few who offer customised ones for your bass, but the number of us that play standard Fenders, Warwicks etc etc, you'd have thought that someone would have picked up the market!
