Donnyboy
I acquired a peavey Pro 115 last Friday , at a bargain price , and at very short notice . I had to have it!! The brother of an Elvis impersonator, currently working in Australia, was, I'm told, selling it on his behalf- why not? I used it on Saturday with my old Hiwatt valve amp & thought it sounded great . However it's a lot bigger than I had thought and it barely fitted in my car . Anyone used them before & got any views, before I decide what to do with it, as there's a danger it'll sit in the garage and not get used!!! mep
Peavey do some good cabs. This has the blue marvel speaker which I believe is not as good as the black widow.
Donnyboy
Not sure whether its the Blue marvel , but its a lot better than the BWidow I had. It's also bigger and maybe heavier , and not good for my back/ car/ stairs. It has to go!
DGBass
I just parted with a Peavey 1x15 BVX black Widow cab. I think it was similar dimensions to the Pro 115. They are big cabs and great subs. Did i say they are BIG? I think you have a very capable gigging cab; its the free hernia that came with mine that I didn't find so appealing
