How do I get a picture on my page?

Hello All

I have tried a few times to put a pic at the top of my page, no luck at all. Can anybody help me please?

Do you mean your avatar? (mine is the wee monkey in the red and yellow top).

If so, click on your name at the top right of the screen (next to the sign out button), then select "my settings". Under the profile settings tab there's a Photo option.

Thank you, yes, I mean an avatar although I don't know what an avatar is.

Find the picture that you want as your avatar on an external site like photobucket, copy the image code (bottom box on photobucket) by left clicking and paste that code into the relevant box in your settings, ("edit avatar" IIRC). It does sometimes take some time for the image to change on the forum - be patient..

Isn't there is an existing pinned thread about this???

If it's a file on your computer, then it needs to be no bigger than the specified size (if I mind right).
