BigRedX
I guess they are selling it off because it's not supported by any of the recent Mac OS...
lurksalot
it looks great , is it easy (ish) to use , I am really struggling with midi stuff , the penny just wont drop , my sounds are currently made with a synth that I press the keys and make the sounds in real time , the programming stuff does my head in , is this a program that will help ? Ps I know that I should be able to use the keyboard as a midi controller , but I cant make it happen
Twigman
I have been a long time Sonar user. v5 v6 v7 v8.5 X1 and X2.......so I have DimPro (multiple licences - they throw it in with X1 & X2) - it is a good plug but I don't find the libraries particularly inventive/realistic/versatile....I tend to use Kontakt for anything DimPro would have been used for. What DAW are you using ? someone on BC will be able to help you with setting up your keyboard for sending and receiving MIDI, and channels on your DAW etc. Garry

[/quote] Yep, i use Kontakt to. But for someone on a budget, or no budget, the Dim Pro Synth at £15.00 can come in very handy - better sounds than the basic GM sounds that come with most DAW's. A bit of work with Eq and reverbs etc, you can make anything sound half decent. Garry
