dave_bass5 Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 (edited) Ive had a Yamaha ApexT-1 for a few years but stupidly broke a wire off its Piezo recently. There is no way i can fix it as the soldering is too fiddly. Ive just brought a replacement but its only got a one core wire, whereas the Yamaha one has two cores, as it plugs in to a circuit board inside the guitar. This is all new territory for me so id appreciate a little help. Do these things come with live and earth? So far all the cheap ones i looked at have a jack plug on the end (i know why). Any idea where i can get them without paying the earth. The one i just brought was only £5 although i dont mind paying more, just not over £50. I think im on the right track. Ill need to splice the wires to the Yamaha cable that has the connector on it. This i can do. Cheers for any advice. Edited June 9, 2013 by dave_bass5 Quote
