" Great high marks from me! "
Oz Noy
" Wow! This compressor is fantastic! you guys did it again!! "
Steve Lukather
" It's ON my board now and I use it EVERY night. Love it! "
Brent Mason
" I like it very much. I like that its small and compact and it is very versatile. "
Jay Graydon
" I have used many stomp box compressors and in many cases such as when playing rhythm guitar, the hard attack of the compression can be annoying. The Xotic SP Compressor solves that problem as it has a blend control that allows the user to mix (blend) the non-compressed and compressed signal to taste. Another great feature is there are three options for the "Release time" of the compression! Such features are really nice to have BUT the best news is the compressor sounds great!"
Howard Leese
" I have been using the SP Compressor every day at rehearsals. It sounds great. I use it for my clean sound to even out the dynamics, and I also use it as a boost for solos on the dirty channel. So it replaces 2 pedals on my board, as I don't need a separate overdrive or boost pedal. My amps are dirty enough where I don't need more gain from an overdrive, just a bit more level. The SP has a big boost for such a small pedal. Already people are asking me what it is and who makes it.."
David Grissom
" The SP Compressor is the first compressor I can REALLY use. I have a very aggressive playing style and every other compressor I've tried over the years has either squashed my signal way too much or robbed too much high end. The SP is wonderful for fattening up single coil tones, and for making a part stand out in the mix. The simplicity of operation is refreshing, and I find that there are a wide range of usable, musical tones available without a lot of tweaking. Another great pedal from Xotic!"
