Lakland 44-01 Passive Conversion Help

Hi guys!

I would like to convert my Lakland 44-01 to entirely passive, and in a very similar style to this:



I would like the top control to be for volume, two tone controls, a balance control instead of the top switch and the bottom switch for series/parallel wiring for when both pickups are on.


How would I wire something like this, and what type of switch and balance pot would I need to achieve this? I've already know what to use for tone pots and volume.
