Anyone played Underbelly (Hoxton) or House of Wolf (Islington) recently?

We have been offered a gig at Underbelly and have a potential alternative that night at a newish venue, House of Wolf. Has anyone played at either recently and have any thoughts they could pass on? Its quite an urgent request. many thanks

Went to watch a friend at the underbelly recently... was a bit underwhelmed to be honest. It was busy but very kinda clubby in atmosphere. No-one really listening to the music, seemed more interested in shouting at each other about the football...

Almost worth a visit for the wallpaper alone though...

played the underbelly a few times in recent months not a bad venue (trace combo is the house amp if i recall correctly) i think the clientele depends on the night you play. had a bad experience with a crappy sound engineer there mentioned something to the promoter about it n she said the regular who we've used before and is good was ill n this guy was a cover engineer.
