bjelkeman
I am going to visit Mayones Guitars & Basses in Gdansk, Poland, next week. I am planning to do a photoblog about the visit to their workshop and showroom. I have no affiliation with them, just a curious bass player. What would you want to know about their basses and their bass workshop? http://www.mayones.com/en/dokumenty/basses

I am fighting GAS too. But thought I really should see/handle them for real before buying. So I thought I would take one for the team and go there. peteb
Why do they use such low spec bridges / hardware on their standard models, which are such we well built basses??

bjelkeman
Yeah, a friend asked me today about pictures of a Jabba 5. So I hope to see some. Ah, the Wojtek Custom Pi and Pi 2. They probably don't have any of them in if I can hazard a guess, but then we may get lucky. I will also ask about the hardware. PauBass
I now own a Jabba Classic 5 and I can assure you they are every bit as good as they look! I have played many different brands and I'm a Fender addict but, man, my Mayones Jabba Classic 5 kills it, it's an awesome instrument, excellent built quality, lovely sound and very easy to play...If it had another name on the headstock you'd be paying double the price! Now pic time Edited June 20, 2013 by PauBass
