Chris2112 Posted June 15, 2013 Share Posted June 15, 2013 He talks incessantly on Talkbass (and often talks rubbish or in a very cryptic manner so he doesn't have to qualify what he is saying). That said, he's tried loads of basses and seems to have some technical facility, but his playing mostly seems to be playing basses at trade shows. Beer of the Bass Posted June 16, 2013 Share Posted June 16, 2013 I've got to say, a trade show demo isn't the best way to hear any musician. It's really about demonstrating some sounds from the instruments, which it achieves. I'd rather hear some actual recorded works before forming an opinion (and I haven't done that yet, so I'll shut up!). Judging a musician on the basis of forum posting style or trade show demo videos is not going to give you a very complete picture of them.
