This is an 'Orange-flavoured' overdrive and distortion, hand-made in the USA by Earthquaker Devices. There are only a handful of reviews for this on bass, but all are extremely positive. It can be used eaither as a clean(ish) boost due to the amount of volume on tap, or pushign up the gain makes for a lovely valvey tone. Having previously owned an Orange AD200B, and a fan of the old Orange/Matamp bass tones, this pedal gets a great sound very similar to that. When I've used it, I just used it as a slight tuey break-up which cut through great and was very responsive to player dynamics. Ive had this pedal since February so it is in great condition, comes with velcro on the back. Paid £133 shipped back then, and now looking for[b] £90 plus a fiver shipping[/b]? ***NOW SOLD THANKS!*** This pedal can be run at either 9v or 18v.
