It has everything I require and nothing I don't: Single rear position pick up, natural finish, 4 strings. It would serve as a good base (base and bass) to turn into my dream instrument by eventually changing the pickup/eq to an active single band stacked parametric eq. Anyone have one? Anyone know where to play or buy one in the south of England? I'm aware it's billed as an entry level instrument, but I've been so impressed with other Ibanez basic models (electronics aside) that I really want to get my mitts on one as a cheap live/gigging replacement for my current bass (too heavy and too fragile). Info' from anyone who has tried one would be great and if anyone wants to sell theirs you have a potential buyer here. It is in the [url="http://www.ibanez.co.jp/products/u_eb_page13.php?data_id=198&color=CL01&year=2013&cat_id=2&series_id=112"]USA bit[/url], but only in black.
