not sure what the "grind off and revise of body" entail, but the prices of trussrod replacing, strings, setup etc are not excessive. Try to get a quote from, say, Fender's CS for those same services

I agree that bit sounds like an expensive item, but we don't know what this is. Maybe this is the work involved in getting to the truss rod and reinstatement (lost in translation maybe).

I respectfully suggest Roonjuice gets in touch with Warwick and asks THEM not us. You need to ask them to itemise that bit; give an explanation of the work involved. If you're lucky it may be a mistake it being on there at all.
