Grangur Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Hi All, Credit where it's due: I sold a bass on Evilbay on Sunday. I packed it and dropped it off at my local store for Collect Plus to take to the buyer. This was at about 7.00 at night on Sunday. It got delivered today (Tuesday) at 9:34. All for just over £8.00. OK, yes, it's true Collect Plus say they only take parcels up to 60x50x50cm, but I've packed and shipped a few basses with them in the past with no probs. Just thought others would like to know. discreet Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Well thanks for that. Turns out my closest drop-off shop is about five minutes away. http://www.collectplus.co.uk/ Quote
Les Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Cool, my local shop is 5 minutes walk away and a mate who I go drinking with owns it. Quote

PauBass Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 I have never heard about Collect Plus, thanks! Have you sent the basses on hard cases? Quote

I do have the benefit of a good supply of bubble wrap though. Quote
