fumps
I have an old but working Kenwood hi-fi amp (with built in radio tuner) looks old & dated. Seems a shame to chuck it in the bin. I have no use for it but I just wondered if someone would like to save the old beast from the great bin in the sky. I'm in Leeds if anyone is local & would like it. Neee norrr! flyfisher
Amps with built in tuners were called 'receivers' and kenwood had a pretty decent reputation. Does it look like this? http://gallery.audioreview.com/showphoto.php?photo=9582 Definitely don't bin it!
fumps
That's the very fella !!! I literally have no space for it & wondered if someone could put it to good use
fumps
Anyone.....it's free & no cost & It comes with an included plug & wire (will even consider throwing in some dust to give it that lived in look)
fumps
If it does not find a home this week it's going on holiday to the refuse centre where it can run around in a big field with the other unwanted hi fi separates ..... Please find a home for this lovely wedge........it's good with other separates and does not need any house training
flyfisher
Ridiculous that no one wants to adopt this. Connect it to a pair of old but decent speakers and it will provide a far better sound than most PC speakers. Use it with something like an Apple Airport Express and you have a cheap but good audio streaming solution for all your digital music. If I was near Leeds I'd have been knocking on Fumps' door by now . . . .
