Guest MoJo
I have a set of D'Addario Chrome XL ECB81's, long scale flatwound strings that have been fitted to my Precision but barely done any work. The wraps are fraying slightly as I've put them on, tried to like them, then taken them off again a few times. I've finally decided that roundwound strings work best for me so if someone wants to send me a postage paid jiffy bag, they can have them gratis Mark Edited July 11, 2013 by MoJo
KingBollock
What a perfect opportunity for someone who has never tried them, but would like to. I switched to flats a couple of years ago, specifically Chromes, and I adore them. I wish I had tried them 20 years ago.

alyctes
Maybe the OP should try ground-rounds?
