Double Bass (DIY?) project - SOLD £200

Hi,

I acquired this a while ago but never got around to doing anything with it so I am looking at moving it on.

Collection from St. Albans, Herts.

The bass is 3/4 size, Laminate construction.

There is a label inside which I hope you can make out. It reads;
Made in
Baliol
England

Overall the bass seems pretty sound. There is one joint (the back of the neck heel) which has opened up a little but at the moment does not seem to be too bad i.e the neck doesn't move and seems solid as one would expect. I've tried to show this, but if you can't make it out it just looks like a hairline crack along the line of the joint.

There is a soundpost inside, a loose tailpiece and the canvas cover. There is no bridge, endpin or strings.
