Hello All,

I've just started to put on a new set of DR Sunbeams nickel round wound (45-105), only trouble is,they're medium scale... Doh!

These are literally brand new, just received, just opened, just too short! The E is untouched, but the G, D & A have been crimped and cut generously to length. They're boxed and still in the paper envelopes.

These are fantastic strings and cost around £30, so £20 (including postage to UK mainland, elsewhere it's £20 plus postage). I just need to try and recover what I've spent.

Cheers

Freddy

Hi mate,

Sorry for the late reply, been away and thanks for the reply.

I cut off very little. The way i measured it was the 'two machine head width' thing. There is still enough for three rows on the tuner when wound to pitch. Sunbeams don't have silks, so no untidy ends.

Best regards

Freddy
