Strong starting money or not...but to be fair don't see many around?

....couldn't find much about them, what I could was mixed, the serial would denote a 1978 I think with that G78.

Looks similar to this one below, but the fleabay one headstocks completely different & a bit fugly to my eyes ....saying that the catalogs for a 1977 model year....and a prettier looking bass.

bugger....all the metalwork has been changed, bridge, tuners, knobs

Yeah I looked at that one too and was put off by the headstock shape.

I'd have no worries about the shape of the headstock as that's the way they were. It's just a real shame that the original parts have been replaced.
