ambient
I'm about to buy an EUB, and really think that I need to consider getting a 2 channel amp for gigs where I play both. There's the EA Micro 550, but are there any other contenders ?
andydye
The acoustic image stuff is incredible! I have a focus II and it sounds superb with both eub and electric bass
stingrayPete1977
My genz shuttlemax9.2 has two channels (genz amps are popular with upright bassists anyway even the single channel ones) at the moment I can use my eub without touching anything at all and I put the fishman preamp into the fx return for the db Edited July 28, 2013 by stingrayPete1977

I was looking at their amps a day or so ago because of the valves, but not something I'd considered for the EUB.

I'd say more likely to be a Shuttle of sorts rather than a Streamliner to get the best DB/EUB tone but I dont know? Chrismanbass
instead of buying a new amp have you considered using a switcher between two input sources would be a lot cheaper than buying a new amp if you only need two inputs i had a friend of mine make one up for me with led's to show which channel is active for about £
franzbassist
I use a Radial Bigshot i/o to switch between EUB and fretless at virtually every gig. A very simple and cheap solution.
