my Jazz (Geddy sig) - my goto bass
my Warwick Thumb NT with EMG's - bought new in 89
my Overwater 6 stringer fretless i bought a few yrs ago.
WAL custom - had a fretless one & sold it in 80's - would love another cause they have a distinct clean sound.
either a Rik or Prec but not sure which.

last forever?

surely even the might kingbass neck will crumble to dust eventually - i already have two squier J's so another three different models would be fine i guess and cheaper in the long run

Double Bass
Fretless acoustic Bass.
6 string fretted or fretless

I have never needed anything else really other than to swap round and substitute for 1 of the above.
They cover me for everything i have ever done in the last 30 odd years.
