icastle Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Well in crude terms, the error message indicates that the web server (i.e. Basschat) is being sent some information in the wrong format. As the site (and the specific thread) works when I post to it (using IE9 and IE10), the problem would appear to be 'elsewhere'. There's a limit to how far 'under the bonnet' I can get to, but my usual suspects would be an over enthusiastically hardened proxy server or a browser issue. Quote

I quoted a message with attachments and mistakenly removed the closing quote tag. I got an error message, put the closing quote tag back and hit submit.
