niceguyhomer Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 (edited) The tweeter on my Bergantino HT112 doesn't work any more - I've been offered a brand new one from Bergantino to fit myself for £70 or they can repair it with a new diaphragm for £25. What would you do? Edited June 11, 2008 by niceguyhomer Quote

niceguyhomer Posted June 11, 2008 Author Posted June 11, 2008 I'm technically challenged and a lazy tw*t to boot so I thought I'd ask first before taking a screwdriver to it. Even if I can see what it is, I still have to decide whether to repair or replace. Quote
Dubs Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 I'd be tempted to replace and avoid any reoccurring issues. Have you looked at getting it cheaper from a third party dealer/distributer? Quote

It's pretty straightforward replacing a diaphragm though. Quote
BOD2 Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 I have to confess when I saw the title of this thread I thought maybe Silvester had finally caught his prey... [attachment=9546:TWP.jpg] Quote
